Café Coghill House (or ‘The Cog’ as it is fondly called by our regulars) is situated on the west-side of Albert Street, Whitianga, down a quiet one-way street.
Built in the early 1950’s, the house has been tastefully refurbished into one of the most unique cafes in Whitianga, with old timber floors and ceilings. North-facing, it attracts all day sun and for those cold winter days you can relax by the open fire.
Coghills menu has been designed to attract casual diners who enjoy quality food at reasonable prices. With some Gluten-free and Vegetarian options, we aim to have a wide range of fantastic foods all freshly made in-house to get our customers coming back time and again.
Our success has been largely built on the simple “Everything made right here” philosophy, complimented with our friendly atmosphere.
